Three packages at $24,500, $48,500 and $65,500. Demo to the studs, then framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, glass, vanity, and a designer who plans the room with you. Silver is a hall bath. Gold opens up a primary bathroom. Platinum takes a wall out and builds a new floor plan.
