The Chef's Kitchen
A kitchen built for a professional chef.
The homeowner's sister is a professional chef who planned to cook a lot in this kitchen, so it had to work like a real one. We designed the cabinets and countertop, ran a dedicated electrical line for serious cooking, and planned the ventilation and cooking setup to suit a chef.
The kitchen sits in a basement another company had started. We reframed most of it, redid the electrical, and finished the room with a tile backsplash and floating shelves.
She wrote us a Google review and sent photos to show other homeowners.

The Rooftop Bar
Two bars, one inside and one out.
The family wanted somewhere to entertain on their rooftop, with an ice machine and bar seating. We built two bar areas, one inside the home and one outside, each with room to show off the bottles and set out food and drinks.
Our interior designer worked with them on the cabinets, the hardware, and the backsplash with its shelving and lights. It's the same kind of bar our Diamond and Sapphire packages build into a kitchen.

We don't price kitchens by the square foot. A kitchen's cost comes mostly from the cabinets, countertops, appliances and lighting that go into it, so each package has one total price with every item listed.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Once construction starts, a complete kitchen remodel takes 30 to 60 days, depending on the scope. Work can start about two weeks after you sign: you meet your designer on day 5, permit applications go in on day 9, and the project starts on day 14.
Do I need a permit to remodel my kitchen in Atlanta?
For a full remodel, usually yes. Replacing cabinets or existing fixtures doesn't need one, but new lighting circuits, moved plumbing or gas, and wall changes aren't on the city's list of exempt work. Yes. We work with your insurance company, document the damage and write a detailed scope for the rebuild. Tell us about the claim when you book.
Can you take over a kitchen another contractor started?
Yes. At the walkthrough we look at what's already been done. Work that won't pass inspection or won't hold up gets torn out and redone before we build the new kitchen. We've done it in Atlanta, finishing a basement and its chef's kitchen after another company had started the framing and electrical.
